Yayasan Palung staff member Andre Ronaldo documenting orangutan food plant specimens, part of a project to create a database with pictures of the leaves, fruits, and flowers of all orangutan food plants. This database will become a tool for identifying orangutan food plants. Mr Andre is sitting in the Cabang Panti research station, in Gunung Palung National Park, West Kalimantan (Indonesian Borneo). The research station was recently rebuilt with funds from the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
